Roman Sinicyn
holds a MSc. and a Phd. degree in Civil Engineering, MBA degree specialising in business and strategy. He also owns the international IPMA Project Management Certificate, eur ing degree and Chartered Cost Manager.

Roman has 15 years experience of working on ambitious projects for large and prestigious international companies.

He has broad knowledge from all areas of construction businesses ranging from planning and design, tender and contracts management, cost estimations and audits to project and construction management and advisory. He is responsible for the technical side of the company.

 

Ing. Miroslav Gromada
Miroslav is an SKSI authorised construction engineer, head project planner, HIP and the director of the building studio. He holds the PM IPMA/PRINCE2 certificate. In his career he held many different posts which resulted in an extensive and well rounded knowledge of more than one field. He has experience as a Planner, Projection Director, Director and Manager of Construction, Senior Project Manager and Forensic expert.

Miroslav studied Building Construction at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and at the Institute of Forensic Engineering in Žilina. He specialises in Estimate of real estate value and construction.

DESCRIPTION
Silver Resort in Tatranska Lomnica is an exclusive recreational resort, first of its kind in Slovakia. The design is by Francois Moreau, a Canadian architect who has a long-standing experience with similar projects in north America as well as in Europe. Silver Resort is represented by seven apartment houses and six luxury double villas. The apartment houses provide 368 apartments with terraces. A hotel with 91 rooms and apartments will be part of the resort as well as other servicing objects. Hotel guests can make use of a restaurant and a bar, but also high standard conferrence rooms, wellness center, indoor pool and an underground parking lot.

DESCRIPTION
The BBC V – ABC, one of the best-equipped administrative buildings in Bratislava, offers a total of 30.625 sqm of top quality office space, divided into three connected blocks. According to the client's requirements, the areas may be used as individual or open-plan offices. On the ground floor, a total area of 2,500 sqm available for services, such as a post office, bank, notary, canteen/cafeteria, employee catering, shops, newsstands, tobacconists, florists, etc., for a more effective and pleasant working environment. Storage facilities and 620 parking spaces are located on the two basement levels; in all, there are over 1,000 parking spaces available.
